“If music be the food of love, play on…”
Call it climate change or what you will, but this year’s summer seems to have fallen into a heap and become autumn in what is the usually hottest month of the year. Go figure. Even the magpies think it’s autumn. Fear not – the forecast is for summer 2015 to make a full come back next week! If you’d like to join us for what’s left of the beautiful warm weather click here for our availabilities.
I’m not worried, autumn is the best time of the year here anyway. The water is deliciously warm, the air sparkles and the veggies are growing so fast I can’t keep up with them. Spinach anyone?
And there’s a lot going on, not the least of which is the Summer Songs Concert at Bawley Bush Retreat on February 15th. It’s a House Concert where we are bringing together the wonderful talents of Richard and Rachel Barry along with lots of other talented, local musicians. Click here for more information.
The Bawley Bush Uke Orchestra might even play a few tunes.
Bring your instrument. Bring your voice. Bring your dancing shoes. Something to BBQ , something to drink and enjoy a laid back Sunday afternoon with friends and great music.
See you there,
